Llalalalal5The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.
PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.
MMoonscapesMy parents were scheduled to arrive in Warsaw on the 19th, with their flight landing at 07:30 AM. As my father holds a Classic membership, we fully understood that early check-in would not be guaranteed. To ensure their comfort after a red-eye flight, we proactively booked an additional night (18th–19th) so they could check in early and avoid waiting until the standard check-in time of 15:00.
Despite this, when they arrived at the hotel around 09:30 AM, they were informed that the booking had been marked as a no-show. This was particularly concerning, as the late arrival had been communicated in advance and an online check-in had also been completed. The manner in which this situation was handled was disappointing, with the staff conveying that accommodating them was a favour rather than a service already paid for.
After a prolonged wait, they were eventually assigned a twin-bed room, which did not meet expectations. They were also informed that the hotel was sold out and were then offered a “solution” in the form of a paid upgrade to a presidential suite.
I would like to emphasise that an additional night was booked specifically to ensure a seamless early arrival experience after a long journey. It is therefore extremely disappointing that, despite this, my parents faced inconvenience and were treated in this manner.
GGuest UserThe breakfast was good, and the service was nice. However, the bathtub was broken, and it took the hotel engineer a while to fix it. My room wasn't cleaned until 3 PM; it still hadn't been cleaned when I came back. Doesn't cleaning usually get done before 2 PM?
It's very close to the park, so you can spend a long time exploring and interacting with the animals.
EElisey ManI had a great stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. The location is absolutely perfect—very close to the airport, which made everything extremely convenient, especially with an early flight the next morning. The hotel is just about 1 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport, so it’s an ideal choice for travellers. Everything was very smooth and well-organised. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, and my transfer at 8 AM was perfectly on time and stress-free. This really made a difference, as I didn’t have to worry about transport at all - just wake up and go. The shuttle runs regularly and is a big advantage for early departures (but you need to reserve it at the reception first). The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet enough to get proper rest before the flight. Overall, the whole experience felt very easy and efficient. I would definitely say this is one of the best options if you have an early flight or just want to relax and recharge before travelling. Highly recommended!
JJay Kay (Kinatsu)My first time travelling to Poland. I came to Warsaw for ElSol Fall Latin Dance Festival. Hotel location is good, only 10-15 minutes drive from Chopina Warszawa Airport. Helpful, friendly and professional staff that are fluent in English. I was happy with the room and its cleanliness. Location may be 15-20 minutes drive to city and its main tourist attraction sites, but with Bolt App you can easily get a taxi to anywhere. Buffet breakfast was ok, but very convenient to start your day. They have restaurant and gym. My highlight is some of the dishes I tried at the restaurant, it was scrumptious. Overall I was content with my stay and happy to stay here again in the future.
Ggennadij-kGreat location, very good breakfast, excellent soundproofing in the room, and a comfortable mattress. Check-in and check-out were quick. The room also has a kettle and a coffee machine.
NNeuhausIn terms of value, this place definitely beats many famous hotels. It's spacious and affordable, with rooms available for just 500. Buses and trams run directly to the city center, a 3-minute walk away. The airport is only 15 minutes away by Uber or Bolt. The decor is stylish and industrial, with hipster-inspired common areas.
GGuest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near the center of Warsaw and close to the main train station, about a 900-meter walk upon arrival. It's situated right at a crossroads, and directly opposite is the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a landmark from the Soviet era. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and another downstairs; the ground floor dining area offers a better ambiance. Breakfast wasn't particularly extensive. The rooms are of standard size.
CCZWONGHad an excellent stay at InterContinental Warsaw by IHG. The location is fantastic—right in the city center with easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transport.
The room was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained, with stunning views of the Warsaw skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all amenities were top quality. Everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed.
One of the highlights was the swimming pool and spa area on the upper floors—great facilities with an amazing view, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection and high-quality options.
Staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the stay. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience—highly recommended when visiting Warsaw!
