The pool available for 2 hours is a mistake. It is a hotel pool or a swimming pool? I have limited time and then a surcharge! What are the money taken for when the sauna is paid and the pool is free of charge only 2 hours. The service at the lobby bar is waiting for 30 minutes for drinks and it is still strange that they have not been brought. The situation has happened 2 times so it was not a coincidence. Booking at the hotel restaurant is also the state at the entrance because no one is picking up the phone from the guests from the room and at the reception fortified that the place has full reservation from which it turned out that it was far in after waiting a few minutes and several tables were empty The lack of organization and, above all, the lawyers are not trained and there are some paleness at every step.

Everything is right. Breakfast is great, very good and high-quality food. Rooms are properly designed, spacious, I think every room has a view of the mountains. Nearby bicycle routes, skiing pile is a piece further - to drive by car/bus. Nice underground parking. In the hours of the peak on the elevators you have to wait longer and when they arrive it is filled.

Overall the place was amazing our room even looked just like the pictures which we were not expecting.
We paid 164pln and had two breakfast buffets which were not bad. On day three they did seem to lose our breakfast booking. They said we hadn't paid at the reception for breakfast which is true, we paid at the buffet kiosk, but they didn't seem to understand. We just went to Lidl to save paying again or getting into an argument.
We went down 10 minutes after the pool was meant to open for the morning, but the staff member was still cleaning it but he let us after a minute or two.
The cold water for the carafes cold setting is not cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature. We ended up filing them up and leaving them in the fridge overnight to get cold water which is not ideal when you are thirsty.
The majority of staff we dealt with were awesome and understood what we meant after some clarification as we speak no Polish.
Would still recommend this place to anyone. The value was simply amazing and maybe there was just a mix up with the computer system that messed up our breakfast reservation. Just minor things that hopefully the hotel can improve for future patrons.

Mój pierwszy pobyt w tym hotelu.Bardzo dużo podróżuje,lecz rzadko trafiam na aż tak cudowne miejsca.Poczynajac od obsługi,czystości,wystroju wnętrz i świetnego SPA.Minusem dla mnie jest restauracja Polka,z wysokimi cenami i bardzo przeciętnym jedzeniem,aczkolwiek miła obsługa i świetnym wystrojem.Przepiekny kameralny hotel położony w pięknym miejscu.Bede wracał!!!

度假型酒店，環境還不錯啦。早餐還可以。但是床太小了，太軟。
另外交通很不方便，對外地人不友好。這個地方太小太偏僻了，都沒有uber，衹能靠酒店幫你叫出租車。

AAnonymous UserVery happy journey, a beautiful and quiet city hotel staff is warm and thoughtful and helps us find authentic Polish food. The hotel has opened a free music festival for five days in a row. This makes the Chinese feel very lucky. Downstairs is a dining street. Various cuisines come to Kato next time. Still living here
