"The hotel is relatively new and has a great location. We were very carefully received with a very beautiful smile and could also immediately accommodate the room. The beds are very comfortable. The washing of the toilet makes noise like a alarm system which needs to be fixed. Unfortunately, the pool was not useful because work was done and there was a closed event. For the high price I found this not justified. That's why the point deduction. At the fitness room there is still air upwards. It is beautifully located in the upper floor. Breakfast was proper. There was a lot of fruit but no yoghurt or quark. The staff at the bar was very friendly."

AAdrian (London)I am very happy with this hotel. I arrived in the city quite early so I asked if I could leave my luggage with them until check in time. They kindly agreed to this.
All of the staff are excellent, professional and efficient.
The room was spacious and clean. It was serviced every day I was there and towels were changed daily. There was a fridge in the room and the bottled water was restocked every day. There was also lots of room in the fridge for other drinks etc
The breakfast was the best I have encountered on this South American trip. It included eggs, meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fruit juice, coffee and more
I used their laundry service. I left it with them in the morning and everything was hanging up in my room when I returned in the late afternoon.
The location was perfect, a short walk from many sights including the river, cathedral, Government Buildings and the Railway Museum. It's easy to get a Taxi, Uber or Bolt to any part of the city or beyond. It was about a 15 minute trip to the Coach Station.
I would highly recommend this excellent Hotel. Thank you

MMarco1894The room was excellent and the view from the desk (workplace) was phenomenal. The pool is also a feast for the eyes. As is the steak restaurant next door. The only downside for me: the breakfast. I have already visited a number of hotels in Asuncion and the breakfast in this hotel is, for my taste, at best passable. The scrambled eggs were inedible (which my companion also confirmed), there was no bacon and even the coffee was not tasty. So I limited myself to cakes/sweets and fruit. There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement here. Otherwise, though, it was great.

MMarioAt arrival, a black long hair was on the wise bed layer and some in the bathroom so I wondered if the room was cleaned. It is very bright. At the reception I was very friendly and cared. The breakfast was viewable. The fitness studio opens only at 9:00 p.m. so that others will not be disturbed. The parking spaces were all located but on the street was enough space.
