Excellent hotel! My room was bright and cozy. The staff are top-notch – friendly, polite, and efficient. The restaurant is also great, serving delicious food quickly. I really enjoyed the spa too. Overall, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nevsky Prospekt, with its many attractions, is just a 10-minute walk away. This will definitely be my first choice next time.
I don’t know why I didn’t see a compatriot staying, but this is a real treasure, the decoration is very stylish, the front desk service attitude is particularly good, solved a lot of problems for us, 10,000 recommendations
Excellent location of the hotel. All the iconic sights are within walking distance. This is not the first time I have stayed here, of course, it is a modest 5*, rather a good 4+*, but the cleanliness of the rooms and excellent beds with good quality bed linen are worth it. We haven't slept as well as we did here these 3 nights for a long time. The robes and towels are soft, not washed out, good quality.
The location is fantastic, right on Nevsky Avenue, just around the corner from Kazan Cathedral and the House of Books. It's also within a kilometer's walk to attractions like the Hermitage and the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood. The only downside is that the facade is currently undergoing renovation. It seems the government is taking advantage of the April off-season to renovate many buildings, as several churches also had scaffolding up. Because of the renovation, the air conditioning isn't working and won't be until the latter half of the year, so if you're planning to stay in the hot summer months, you might want to reconsider. When we stayed in April, it was still cold, and the heating was on. The hairdryer in my room was broken, but I contacted the front desk, and they promptly sent a new one, which resolved the issue. The front desk staff spoke English and were quite friendly (Russians aren't typically known for smiling much, haha). I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures of the sights instead.
This apartment must be liked, the room is oversized, there is a private sauna and there is a miniature swimming pool. The staff must praise the handsome Popov, the full degree of intimacy. The location is quiet in the middle of the city, and travel is very convenient.
1. The hotel is located in the city center, and the rooms are quiet.
2. The mattress is of medium firmness and conforms well to the back, providing a good rest.
3. There are free apples on each floor.
4. The buffet breakfast is expensive, but there are small bakeries around the hotel that are reasonably priced and offer breakfast there.
5. The bathroom has an electric heated clothes dryer, which dries small clothes very easily. Overall, it's a good hotel, but the room rate is too high during peak season.
+: Delicious breakfast with a beautiful view from the window. The pool is free until 4 PM, and the room was clean.
-: When checking out at 12 PM, I took my belongings from my room on the 4th floor and brought them up to my friends' room on the 7th floor. Somehow (it's unclear how or where), I ended up missing a turtleneck and a top. They never made it to the 7th-floor room. I contacted the reception, and they said they didn't know anything about it, and the housekeeper claimed there was nothing left in my room. They didn't even let me go back into the room. It's a very strange situation; these aren't earrings that could be easily lost unnoticed.
Overall, the hotel is good and I recommend it, even though I'm still left with a bad taste in my mouth.
In one building up to 7th floor 5*, above 4 is apartments with kitchens and dishes. 5* meets all requirements- there is a gym, spa, pool, breakfast is hot.In the evening, chocolate is distributed, curtains are closed, pillows are ticked- very nice. Nearby shops - five-point, cosmetics, magnet, restaurant, alcomarque, 1.5 km shopping center of summer. Specially noted the design of the hall, everything is thought, very beautiful-solid photo zone. Live music is played in the hall in the evening.
It is far away from the city and has convenient surroundings. It has a four-star logo. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious but not expensive. There is a classical piano in the bar in the evening. Opposite is a ”Friday” supermarket. The apartment facilities are similar to those in China, but there is a kitchen and tableware. The environment is very good. It's a relatively new building, so you don't have to worry about traveling with a car. How could such a good place not have reviews? The price/performance ratio is very good.
The breakfast was good, but it's too far from the city center, making it inconvenient to get around. If you're someone who easily gets tired and relies on public transport, it's best to book an Airbnb in the city center. However, if you're like me, hoping for a good breakfast, and your family primarily uses taxis, then this place is a good option.
