This hotel has a fantastic location. I don't understand guests who complain in reviews about the facade being under renovation or the AC not working – this information is provided before booking, available in confirmation emails, and even mentioned in other reviews! Why penalize the hotel's rating for that? The hotel is very clean, with daily housekeeping. The Junior Suite is spacious and comfortable (even has heated floors in the bathroom), though the only downside is no mini-fridge for drinks in the heat. We were allowed to check in early without any issues, and the ladies at the reception were very polite! The breakfasts are delicious and well-presented :) Directly opposite the hotel are the famous 'Pyshki' (donuts), which usually have a short line. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel experience in St. Petersburg! The location is superb, right next to the main attractions, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, elegantly furnished, and the soft bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was abundant and authentic. Easy 10/10. Perfect location, impeccably maintained property — worth a visit on its own. Outstanding room quality, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Spot on. A small story: I handed in my shoes for shining on the evening of our arrival, as I needed them for a ballet performance at the Mariinsky Theater the next day. Somehow, the hotel misplaced the shoes, and I had to leave for the performance in my sneakers. Natalia from the concierge desk tracked them down, drove to the theater, texted me the moment the first intermission started, and was waiting outside with my polished shoes and a shoehorn — then even returned my sneakers to the room. Truly impressive and completely unexpected! It almost makes you forget the minibar price list (though I still enjoyed the $15 pack of gummy bears). Tipp: try the insta breakfast in the room - another 10/10!

Oh, how much I loved this apart-hotel! I had a short layover in St. Petersburg on my way home. So I looked for a hotel close to the airport. At first, we considered a more basic hotel, but then decided that even for 12 hours, we might as well make them count. Upon arrival, there was a barrier, and the taxi driver was afraid to enter the premises, thinking he would be charged 300 rubles upon exiting. Don't worry, you can enter without fear; there's no charge for hotel guests. Check-in was quick, and we were assigned a room on the 22nd floor. Oh my, the view was magnificent! We caught the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in the evening, and the room was filled with sun all day. Everything was perfectly clean, both in the room and on the floors. The room was quite spacious, with large wardrobes for clothes and carved shelves on the wall for small items. There were dishes for cooking, a stove, a kettle, and a microwave. Nearby, there are shops with ready-made meals and groceries for cooking. The only thing is, if your windows face south, as ours did, it can be noisy from the road. But in summer, you can keep the window closed and use the air conditioning. The hotel is far from the city center, but a taxi solves that problem. On the other hand, it's close to the airport, only an 8-minute drive. When we checked out, it was evening, and a girl was playing the piano in the hotel lobby. I really enjoyed the stunningly beautiful music. And on arrival, female guests received a tulip flower because it was March 8th. It was incredibly thoughtful to show such attention to guests. The hotel has a pool and a spa, but we didn't have time to visit them, though I imagine they are just as wonderful. The hotel has a very light, modern, and vibrant energy. Definitely stay here! You can even bring pets.

Hello everyone. I'd like to share my experience about this hotel. It's within walking distance of the metro (a leisurely 8-minute stroll), or you can take a trolleybus or bus for an even quicker journey. This hotel truly lives up to its 5-star rating; everything matches the photos, from the rooms to the interior design. The rooms are a standard size, neither too small nor too large. Some face the street, while others overlook the restaurant (which is the inner courtyard). Both have pros and cons. Rooms facing the street experience street cleaners arriving promptly at 8 AM to collect rubbish. While this only lasts for about 15 minutes, if you're a light sleeper, the noise will wake you. Rooms facing the courtyard, on the other hand, might have some morning chatter from guests having breakfast. The choice is yours. Regarding the rooms, I must commend the soundproofing – it's excellent, a clear effort by the hotel. You only hear people walking in the corridor, and that's usually only if they're speaking loudly (especially certain nationalities!). The room is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, from cotton swabs to an iron and ironing board. Now, for the most luxurious aspect of the hotel: the BREAKFAST! Believe me, I've stayed in many hotels both nationally and internationally, and I'd give this breakfast a perfect 12 out of 10. There's something for every taste; you won't just avoid being hungry, you'll practically roll away from the table. The pastries are divine – seemingly baked fresh by the hotel itself. The fish is a culinary masterpiece; you simply must try it to understand. I don't have enough time to describe everything else on offer. To top it all off, you can simply walk up to the oranges, slice them yourself, and make fresh squeezed juice. For coffee, just tell the waiter what you'd like, and it will be at your table in no time. The hotel's location is excellent, with many of St. Petersburg's top restaurants within easy walking distance, maximum 10-12 minutes away. However, I do have one minor criticism. The hotel has a pool and spa complex, which I'm sure is top-notch, but it comes with a hefty price tag of 3500 rubles per person for hotel guests. This is a significant drawback; a 50% discount for residents would be a nice gesture. While there is a free sauna for guests, it's not the same without the pool. I urge the hotel owners to consider this; if they address this issue, then for me personally, the hotel would be absolutely perfect. Thank you all for reading my review.

The service is average! The front desk doesn't understand English very well, so we couldn't communicate. It's pretty good, the facilities are very new, but the heater wasn't warm on the day I went there (it felt warm, but not warm overall). It's clean and big, but a bit remote! Although it's close to the subway station, it takes a long time to walk, there's nothing to eat nearby, just Burger King, it's quite remote and deserted, and there's no lights on the road.

It's rather a dormitory for university professors, rather than a hotel. Still, quite a decent place to stay in the town.

Отель симпатичный -чистенько, уютно, номер маленький, но всё есть, халатик дали, средства личной гигиены хорошего качества дают, можно не брать с собой, завтрак не брала, вокруг куча мест куда пойти перекусить, разных и на разный достаток. В отеле есть маленький спортзал и спа зона с бассейном, достаточно уютная, для гостей отеля бесплатно до 11 утра, позже- тысяча рублей. Недостатки незначительные- не работал полотенцесушитель и батарея почти холодная, из-за этого не успела высушить вещи. В целом отель понравился и подошел для моих целей на сто процентов.

Everything was great, just a bit small. The bathroom even had a speaker, so I could listen to the World Cup while showering. The hygiene was also good, and they offered free red and green apples by the elevator every day. It's a bit of a walk from the metro station though.

The facilities were basic; the mattress felt like it was on par with a Super 8 (a popular high-end hotel chain), but it was still clean and hygienic. There was a bathtub, but I wasn't comfortable using it at this level of hotel; a shower would have been more reassuring. I booked a king-size bed, but they gave me a room with two double beds pushed together. It looked quite different from the hotel's pictures. The TV was tiny. Breakfast was simple: sausage, boiled eggs, and pasta. The chicken soup was terrible; it looked and tasted like dishwater. Planning ahead is key; many good hotels are reasonably priced this season.
