Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.

The hotel’s cleanliness is exceptional, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is situated in the city of Kigali, offering a panoramic view of the city’s picturesque landscape from its elevated position. The swimming pool is a highlight, and the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and a willingness to assist guests. I highly recommend booking a stay at this hotel during my next visit to Kigali.

The room was incredibly spacious! Clean and hygienic, with linens changed daily. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of food. The location was convenient, right in the city center. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they even arranged an airport transfer.

The service is very good, the room is very clean and hygienic. It is one of the best hotels in the area. After choosing for a long time, I feel that there is no better choice than Marriott. It is worth going again

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Hotel decoration: look at the picture for yourself. Toilet: not dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the picture for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel very service-conscious and very willing during my stay. The picture of the hotel matches the picture of the actual room. The beauty service of the hotel is very warm, and the watermelon sold is shared with 2 people in the hotel.
