I was in the hotel for week 10, that is, just before the Ramada. The hotel is clean, the food is good, the cleanliness is good. At least the water in the indoor swimming pool is warm enough. Golf course within walking distance. All in all, a very good atmosphere.
Nice sunrise.
I'll probably be back.
Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available.
The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there.
The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt.
When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service).
Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese.
Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.
Very nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. Excellent value for money. The food is very good and varied. The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive. A small negative point is that you can't have visitors come up to your room during the day. I'm not talking about overnight stays, of course, that's understandable. You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit.
Hello I am going to give you my personal opinion in relation to what I have seen and experienced in this hotel it is not 4 stars sincerely I was taken in when I arrived I find no swimming pool neither indoors nor outdoors it is disappointing and the hearty breakfast it looks like the canteen of my old faculty in short it's just apartments for rent so no luxury
Because I booked a beach family hotel and was cheated, I temporarily booked this one, just on the beach, and at the same time in the city center. The train station came out 100 meters. The room was clean and tidy, the service was not bad, although not very warm, it was decent. There is its own private beach, and there are people who are specially supervised to help guests arrange benches. The pool is also good, although I did not go to the sea, it is a bit cold. The beach resort hotel on the tall, but unfortunately stayed for one night, there is a small balcony, you can also massage (although there is no time to experience), you can rush without brains. By the way, breakfast is not bad.
With a stay at Thalassa Sousse Resort & Aquapark in Sousse (Khzema), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Sousse Beach and Centre Culturel de Hammam-Sousse. This all-inclusive hotel is 1.7 mi (2.7 km) from Grande Mosque and 2.5 mi (4.1 km) from Hannibal Park.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as a nightclub, a water park, and an outdoor pool. This hotel also features complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and gift shops/newsstands.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant or snacks in the coffee shop/cafe. The hotel also offers room service. Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. A complimentary continental breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 483 air-conditioned guestrooms. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms with bathtubs or showers are provided.
European resorts are all white families.
It seems that every room is a family suite, with two single beds in the living room and three single beds in the bedroom, but only one bathroom and toilet. There are kitchen facilities, but no tableware or kitchenware.
Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, and you can eat with the wristband given when you check in.
The staff is very cooperative and excellent. The food is varied. A room was booked and we were upgraded to a suite. Thank you to the hotel manager, especially Mr. Tariq.

LLouise ThorpeWonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously.
The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day.
The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
GGuest UserWas a last-minute trip, and we've got the best deal ever! Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely location, nice beach, amazing staff and animation team. I will go back!

Big thanks to the entertainment team, they're very charming
Thank you to the whole team of the hotel and special thanks to Ammar, The shisha guy who looked after us every night
施施Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!
