DDahlia1Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean.
A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up.
Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve.

CC.BeniiI had an amazing stay at Tryp by Wyndham Izmit! Everything from the location, cleanliness, service, to the facilities was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the pool and gym—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I stayed here with friends, and we all had a great time. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely come back again if I visit this area in the future!

GGuest UserMore than ten minutes drive from the Ford factory, the environmental sanitation breakfast is very good. The location is remote, sometimes it is not easy to take a taxi, the front desk can help call a taxi.
