We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Cappadocia. The first thing that stands out is the gorgeous, panoramic views—truly some of the best you’ll find in the area. Whether at sunrise or sunset, the scenery feels magical. The overall vibe of the property is warm, relaxing, and uniquely Cappadocian, with a charming blend of cave-style architecture and cozy touches. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Even though there’s no elevator, they were quick to help with luggage and anything else we needed. If you’ve arranged your own tours or airport pick-ups, you only need to tell them your room number—they handle the call for you, which is incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the free water available at reception, a small but thoughtful detail. Another highlight: the pets! The resident doggos and cattos add so much personality and comfort to the place. They’re friendly, cute, and honestly part of the hotel’s charm. The room and common areas were very clean, and the property has a unique character that sets it apart from more standard hotels. Cons (more observations than complaints): Many locals in the area smoke, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers or anyone with allergies—not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning for sensitive travelers. The hotel lists a spa, but during our stay we weren’t offered any spa products or services. We were interested, but ended up booking a massage at a nearby place instead. The restaurant didn’t have its grill available while we were there, which meant three of the main dishes were unavailable—a bit disappointing. Not a downside, but good to know: it’s cheaper to book directly with the hotel, so definitely check that before reserving through third-party sites. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The views, staff, cleanliness, and the adorable pets make this place truly special. If you appreciate beautiful scenery and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice.

We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.

I decided to make a reservation because the swimming pool was so pretty! We took a night bus from Antalya and were tired in the morning, but early check-in was available so we could rest early! And the staff were always friendly and proactive, so I was very grateful. I was satisfied with the price, too!

Kapadokyanın en güzel oteli burası olabilir. Merkezdeki keşmekeşten uzak. Geçen sene kaya otellerden birine gitmiştim her yerinden böcek çıkmıştı. Ne gerek var. Kaya içlerini gezin gelin tertemiz bu otelde kalın. %10-20 daha pahalı bir otel evet ama her bir kuruşa değer.

Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

A perfect stay experience. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful. The breakfast is rich in variety and first-class in taste. The lady at the front desk had a very bright smile, providing us with a good mood for the whole day. The hotel offers airport pick-up and drop-off services as well as booking services for various projects in Cappadocia, which is very convenient.

This hotel is simply perfect. Its prime location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire karst landscape. It's wonderfully quiet, allowing for spectacular night views of Göreme town. The surrounding area boasts a variety of restaurants and supermarkets, and a pleasant surprise was finding delicious noodles nearby! Now for the main highlight: the hotel manager is, without a doubt, the most enthusiastic and considerate manager I have ever met. They handled every detail meticulously and were always ready to help with any request. We even connected on WeChat beforehand, and they were incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries. Our entire Cappadocia trip was made even more perfect thanks to the manager's exceptional service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Beautiful hotel located in the largest shopping center in Nevsehir. The pool, spa and gym are amazing. The food in the restaurant is excellent (dinner and breakfast). Very good value for money. I recommend.

Chinese travelers, you might want to skip this one. The breakfast was the worst I had during my entire trip to Turkey. It was all cheese, olives, and bread slices, with no green vegetables or tasty cold cuts. Every morning, I'd pick up my fork and just feel utterly at a loss for what to eat. What's more, I found the hotel's decor quite unsettling. I much prefer bright and airy spaces. In this small town, it really doesn't matter where you stay because it's tiny, and everything is within walking distance. You might as well book a cheaper place, haha! Use the money you save to buy more souvenirs; they're so tempting, I couldn't resist buying something every single day.

On the first day, when we checked in, we discovered there were three beds. We'd booked a single king-size room, but we'd forgotten to put the two beds together. The waitress pushed the beds together right in front of us. She then grabbed a sheet from the storage and threw it carelessly on the floor. Once the beds were put together, she spread the sheet on top of them. The next day was even more ridiculous. When I showered, I realized I hadn't been given shower gel. I asked the front desk, but they said they didn't know and were out of shower gel. Could they give it to me tomorrow? I refused, and after waiting for over an hour, the waitress finally brought the shower gel. Overall, the hotel service was excellent, but the facilities were disappointing.
