Not a good experience. The room floor was dirty and clearly not vacuumed. No toothpaste or bathroom slippers were provided, and the restaurant was closed, so I had to go out for food every time. Expected much better.

Cynthia991The hotel room showed the sign of age but it was still clean. I was happy to have offered an upgrade of room with good view of the Van lake. Unfortunately, I couldn’t sleep well because the centralised air conditioning system made me sweat throughout the night. The room was so hot! Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast offered many choices of food. We also dined in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was average.

Guest UserTwo empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

安德鲁智深Very bad, not very recommended. The sanitation is average, the shower room for bathing is broken, and there is no air conditioning. The buffet breakfast is just fine, not suitable for Asian tastes. Seriously not recommended
