No matter the environment and service are absolutely first-class, it is especially suitable for special planes, and the pick-up service is also very considerate. We needed medical services during our trip, and the hotel also helped to contact medical institutions.The whole process exceeded our expectations.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel in December 2020, and my stay was nothing short of excellent. The owners were very nice and very accommodating when I needed to adjust my booking last minute due to COVID19. The entire hotel is pristinely clean. The clear attention to detail when it comes to decor, and amenities was noted and elevated the entire experience. The pool, and lounge area has the most incredible views or the region and Kilimanjaro. The food was excellent, freshly prepared for each order, and the portions extremely generous! My partner and I also received massages in their newly built spa hut which was the perfect atmosphere and an excellent massage, HIGHLY recommend! I cannot boast enough about how wonderful this hotel, owners and staff are. Definitely worth a stay if you are in the Moshi area. I certainly will be planning to return. Thank you for a great stay!!

Very nice hotel. It's kind of located in the middle of the market, so if you don't like any noise, maybe it's not the best choice for you. For me the market was a plus, I like those. And: *the place is very clean *you can really see Kilimanjaro, even if you don't have a view from your room, you can always go to the rooftop and enjoy it from there *you can have you meals at the rooftop *the staff it AMAZING, they are very nice and helpful *the location is pretty convenient

Goed hotel met behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Gewoon goed, in een mooi rustige omgeving met, vanaf het dak, zicht op de Kilimanjaro. Ontbijt is goed en het eten is lekker. Kortom, gewoon een goed en vriendelijk hotel. Helaas is internet niet heel stabiel, waardoor deze regelmatig wegvalt.
