My kids loved the pool and game room! Breakfast was good in the morning, my husband enjoyed the pancake maker while the kids loved the waffles! The hotel was very clean and smelled clean as well! It was great having a 12pm check out also!
The room is a bit old and some of the furniture looks like it has been used for a while, but the cleanliness is okay. Parking fee is 20USD per night. There is a TGI Friday nearby, and you can drive to the Landing kitchen for breakfast in 5 minutes.
The hotel is generally good, the rooms are large and the facilities are ok. I originally wanted to live in Hershey's Chocolate Town, but there was no good hotel choice, so I chose here 16 kilometers away. It is very quiet, there are all places for eating and shopping, and it is only 5 ~ 10 minutes by car about. We chose a relatively far away Chinese restaurant ”new china”, the taste is still good, many foreign countries order takeaway here. Breakfast is ordered, but tip is required. (We each gave 2 yuan), I hope these things can help the people living here. * In addition, the pictures of the appearance of the Ctrip homepage are wrong. They are not like the White House at all. Don't be deceived by the pictures!
The room was nice with a nice size pool Surprisingly and clean and Bluetooth speaker inside with loud speakers in pool area and room with no sound leaving the room definitely worth it I would say I would definitely stay again I just wish they would offer better deals on this particular room but it’s worth it your paying for your own peace a mind with a private pool so honestly couldn’t have been more happier and the property outside is well maintained and neat .thank you again
The location is very good, the restaurant can watch the sunset, the Sheraton location next door is a little bit worse, blocked from sight! But the dinner at the restaurant is not as good as the Sheraton! Little choice!
The folks at the resort were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a great place to stay; the rooms are clean as are the common areas and the room itself was spacious and (unlike most hotel rooms) will lit. The food options are plentiful so the only difficulty was deciding where to eat! The remnants of the steel mill make for an interesting setting and it was amazing to see the now abandoned rail lines heading into those old steelworks (see photo attached).

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, very friendly check in and clean lobby area! The gym had several options for cardio and weights, workout benches and a cable machine. Small indoor pool and hot tub, which was nice. Cute restaurant with outdoor igloos. The menu looked great but we didn't eat there. Coffee available in the lobby every morning.
FFrankHad to wait for room with a safe then when you got room safe didn’t work.
Elevator service horrible wait time 10 to 15 minutes with no hallway air conditioning.
Bathroom had a town on rack was full lipstick imprint.
EemygagaThe hotel is next to the City Hall! Opposite is the cinema ~ There seemed to be many celebrities coming and going in the evening bar activities haha ~ There was a handsome middle-aged man at the front desk who had lived in China for 6 years. He spoke great Chinese and checked in in Chinese 😎 The bed in the room was very comfortable!
TToTTi19880701Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy!
Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. Ordering Chinese food takeaway is very close to Chinatown, and the food is always hot when it is delivered.
GGuest UserHotel was nice and there weren't too many people on site. We’re not the extra romantic couple, so this was a little extra for us, but we were able to spoil ourselves and relax. Breakfast was like a normal hotel complimentary breakfast buffet, but Justin served us both days and he was excellent. Spooners had many events and things to do. The bed was comfortable, however, don’t sit on the edge because you will fall, and it was sunken in the middle, so that made it a little hard to sleep in a comfortable position. Overall, great stay, great resort, and down the street from Mt. Airy Casino which was fun as well.

GGuest UserThe room is modern but a bit small. It is difficult to compare American hotels with Asian hotels where amenities like shaving and toothbrushing needs are also met. No re-usable paper slippers are available in the room as well, not to mention free bottled water. The price is not highly competitive though. One good thing is that extension of my checkout time to 4pm only required me to pay an extra small amount of money which I fully appreciated that.
GGuest UserThis place was beautifully designed and very clean. The food was great as well. The staff were very respectful and kind. They even told us about food spots outside the resort that was great to visit. I had a lot of fun here on vacation.
