"Good place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms need a little more TLC like with dusting and some touch ups on rust and things like that. But overall it was a wonderful hotel to stay at. You will not be disappointed!!! Can’t wait to stay again.

We enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!

The location has nothing to say, it is too convenient, so basically punching in the net red restaurant does not need to go to the queue, it is very convenient to walk. The facilities are a bit old and the health is decent

The staff was very polite. The hotel is set back within a beautiful private setting. The beach was clean and there was a life guard. Parking is quite far from the hotel lobby although we could have paid for concierge service to load and unload our things. The walking distance across the property to obtain access to the beach is challenging for anyone older with difficulty walking and carrying items. There were two choices of beach access, one had a ramp that allowed carts to help carry items a long distance. We chose to leave the property for dinners as the menus were limited and pricey.

Anonymous UserIt was good stay, the building was smaller than the two next to it but the pool size was bigger than them. Grande beach picked bigger pool than more people while the other resorts picked more people with smaller pool.

I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.

Rochelle LeachThis is our favorite destination near Charleston! The property is well maintained. It has everything we need from pools, hot tub, fire pits and a gym. There is a fantastic restaurant on site called The Fish House. The Reel in bar is a fun place to grab a cocktail.
What makes this place so special is the wonderful guest service. Thank you to the manager Ryan and Sophie for our beautiful room with a view. It was a perfect stay!

Everything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.

Everything was great except the water was cold in our shower, I’m sure if I would’ve said something to the front desk they would’ve had it taken care of. I just didn’t feel like bothering them anymore cause they had already took care of all my accommodations. Great place to stay, will definitely stay again. Hot tub was the highlight for a cold season!

Nice location right on the beach. Typical beach timeshare tower, a bit dated, a bit worn, but the Hilton staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar has great made-to-order omelets and otherwise as expected. Wifi didn't work, so neither did TV, or phone. Would book again at the right price.
