Everything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.
Sea view room, nice view, the equipment is a little old, but it can be used normally, the bedding is very high-end, free parking, not far from the bridge, strongly recommend everyone to go to the bridge, very close to the aircraft carrier park, 5 minutes walk, there is a free shuttle bus to the ancient town, in short, a good hotel
Very nice hotel, the hotel has beautiful beaches, the ingredients in the restaurant are fresh, the hotel's paintings are very tasteful, there is a small shop for breakfast, very affordable. Anyway, hope to stay again

We enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!
Very satisfied, super satisfied, washing machine dryer is free. Then the front desk is also very warm. Can also take a bath. Very comfortable. This hotel is really convenient near here. Everyone is so enthusiastic
Everything was nice. The service was great and the hotel was clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserThe location has nothing to say, it is too convenient, so basically punching in the net red restaurant does not need to go to the queue, it is very convenient to walk. The facilities are a bit old and the health is decent
똑똑바로I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.

GGuest UserTwo things I could not understand:
1) why Sonesta has a room for accepting pets but have carpet on the floor instead of hardwwod or ceramic tile. We entered our room with a pee spot on carpet floor right at the entrance. We communicated that to reception but they found that to be normal. We didn't understand that. Well, we're not coming back.
2) How can Sonesta call itself ”pet-friendly hotel”if they charged us $200.00 for pet fee for two nights (we found that to be ridiculous and they should not advertise themselves as pet friendly but only as ”we accept pets” because the fee is 10 times higher at Sonesta than at Best Western.

GGuest UserEverything was great except the water was cold in our shower, I’m sure if I would’ve said something to the front desk they would’ve had it taken care of. I just didn’t feel like bothering them anymore cause they had already took care of all my accommodations. Great place to stay, will definitely stay again. Hot tub was the highlight for a cold season!
GGuest UserThis is the only place we will stay at Myrtle Beach. Once you stay here, you’ll see why. The best pool, plenty of food options on site, and the spa downstairs all make it a one stop shop. Always able to check in and not have to leave the entire trip
GGuest UserGreat location! Close to Broadway at the beach, tons of restaurants and shopping! Currently renovating all rooms! Free parking in garage directly across from building. Great pools, hot tubs and open spaces!
GGuest UserFront service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.
