Everything was pretty good! The beds weren't the most comfortable unfortunately but that's because we prefer firmer mattresses. The only real nitpick was that the coffee maker wasn't clean, some previous guests must have mistakingly poured coffee grounds into the water trough at the top & I couldn't clean it out because the coffee maker was secured to the wall. Otherwise the room was nice, the towels & bathroom were clean, etc.

The ramp and exit from/to the lobby upstairs is horribly narrow. You can't turn easily and can scratch your car easily.

Front service was bad, no eye contact, no smiles and no saying any words but location and lodging was good. We had a wonderful time because Trip.com agent was a professional angle good service.

The location has nothing to say, it is too convenient, so basically punching in the net red restaurant does not need to go to the queue, it is very convenient to walk. The facilities are a bit old and the health is decent

The environment is very quiet, in line with the Marriott brand. Although the hotel has been around for decades, it has been renovated according to the old style, so the hardware and interior decoration are both clean and Marriott, but also have the nostalgic atmosphere of old hotels in Europe or New York. The new hotel has a bit more history and charm.

Good place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms need a little more TLC like with dusting and some touch ups on rust and things like that. But overall it was a wonderful hotel to stay at. You will not be disappointed!!! Can’t wait to stay again.

I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.

This is our favorite destination near Charleston! The property is well maintained. It has everything we need from pools, hot tub, fire pits and a gym. There is a fantastic restaurant on site called The Fish House. The Reel in bar is a fun place to grab a cocktail. What makes this place so special is the wonderful guest service. Thank you to the manager Ryan and Sophie for our beautiful room with a view. It was a perfect stay!

Stayed at this property 40+ years ago when it was a Marriott resort. Now the Sonesta, it has a great staff, wonderful pool area, rooms were excellent, and easy access to the beach. Public areas and rooms have been recently renovated and are clean and fresh. Bedding was comfortable. We’ll be back on visits to Hilton Head in the future.

Service was wonderful, our room was clean and smelled great. Furniture was dated and worn. Bed and pillows were great. The only down side, walls and interior doors need a fresh paint job. Paint peeling off most gloss panted surfaces. In spite of the paint situation, we will go back.

This is the only place we will stay at Myrtle Beach. Once you stay here, you’ll see why. The best pool, plenty of food options on site, and the spa downstairs all make it a one stop shop. Always able to check in and not have to leave the entire trip
