"I had 1-night stay with this hotel, it was okay for me.
The room was nice, big room and well cleaned. The thing is 1 standard AC for that whole room was not enough, with the hot weather outside, the inside still can feel the heat. Modern tech device in my room, smart shower, smart toilet bolw, but the water was leaking as we used head shower.
The hotel overall was in fresh air, a lot of green trees, cozy environment, that was good, i really like the atsmosphere.
Service was okay. 7/10 for me, they allowed outside guest to use their cafe, so sometime they mistaken me for outside guest and keep asking me if i was an in-house guest. There was parking, but no solid roof, just some net hanging on the coconut trees for shadows, with the hot weather your motobike is still on fire.
Overall: nice hotel itself, for relax time is fine, don't expect super nice guest service."

StefGThis was my second stay here, and I can't praise this hotel enough! Super clean, well equipped and modern rooms, best bed ever and great, super-friendly staff. Breakfast is a bit limited in low season, but excellent coffee and fantastic view from 17th floor. Just make sure, that you are okay with the location, as it's quite far from the sea, if you are looking for that.
There is a fantastic restaurant, which seems to belong to the hotel, just behind the building (”Texas Lumiere”). Try the spare ribs at unbelievable low price.

Olga SbA magnificent beachfront hotel! The rooms are modern, comfortable, and beautiful, with plants on each balcony providing privacy. All rooms offer sea and pool views. It's quiet, with an excellent breakfast. The road in front of the hotel isn't busy, so there's no noise. The beach has sun loungers and umbrellas. We were the only ones on the beach – just our footprints in the sand. The pools are wonderful, and the grounds are very beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend it! Thanks to the staff.

Room very comfortable, but could be better if proper tea & coffee provided - we had only 3-in-1, with no tea and no simple coffee. Good range of food for breakfast, but could be better if staff are quicker to notice when something needs to be replenished, e.g. fresh coffee or clean glasses.

The service staff were very warm and helpful - from giving recommendations for the best local food in the area to offering to book transport if needed. The hotel location was good. Would be happy to book this hotel again when I return to Phu Yen.

Choosing a deluxe double room is more comfortable than the standard: a pleasant, larger space, a bathroom with a bathtub, wider bedding, two windows offering superb views from the 6th floor, and amenities like a kettle, tea, coffee, and bathrobes. I recommend it.
I haven't had breakfast for three years. The service is impeccable, clean, bright, and airy, but the dishes are always the same, and the staff, who change constantly, always look after their guests.

Very good service, affordable price, beautiful and poetic view. From the receptionists, staff to the security guards are really cute and super enthusiastic with guests. When leaving, I also gave 2 more cups of tea, the food is quite tasty with a menu of many dishes. Next time I will come back with my family.
