The hotel is in a fantastic spot. It's right next to the mall, and you just need to cross the road to get to the beach. The breakfast was great! There was a wonderful variety, and it really set a good tone for the day. We absolutely loved the view from our window. It was just stunning and really added to the whole atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a Starbucks right on the ground floor was a big plus. There were a couple of things that could be better: Sunbeds: The hotel does offer sunbeds, but there are only a few. By the time we got to the beach, they were usually taken. If you want to rent one, it costs 300,000. Pool Temperature: We didn’t use the pool because the water was too cold.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the views are absolutely stunning. You can explore the island and enjoy complimentary access to a private beach, kayaks, sand toys, beach towels, yoga, swimming rings, and even an airport shuttle (reservations required). Mud baths don't require a reservation, and pricing can be found in the provided image. The breakfast buffet is delicious and very extensive. For lunch and dinner, only à la carte options are available at the restaurant, which can be a bit pricier, but the food is excellent. The mini-bar in the room has drinks that are half the price of those at the restaurant, and you pay for everything when you check out. If you prefer not to eat on the island, you can take a ferry to the mainland, with departures every hour. Cleanliness: The dry area of the room was very clean. However, the wall tiles near the floor in the bathroom need a good scrub; they're a bit yellow and dirty. The outdoor shower, which has a lovely design, hasn't been well-maintained. There's also an issue with insects; even though the hotel addressed it once, I was still woken up by mosquito bites every day.

I booked the Amiana Cam Ranh deluxe sea view room (photo attached) two months before my vacation. I booked for two nights using two vouchers. Check-in started with the front desk manager trying to convince me that I had booked a room with different beds, even though that wasn't the case. So, after one night, I had to check out of that room at 12 PM and check into another room at 2 PM. When I asked how this could be resolved, I was offered an upgrade for an additional charge. After a thorough discussion, it turned out that the beds were indeed the same, but she had only checked me into that room for one night. I'd like to point out that I could barely see the sea; most of the view was of the construction site of the neighboring Aquamarine hotel (which went on all day) and a motorcycle parking lot. When I asked, the reception staff member told me to book a higher category next time. On the other side of the Amiana hotel, they are renovating the elevators, and there is heavy dust, paint smell, and the constant hum of grinders on the floor. The elevators are off, and you have to walk. And at 8 PM, a drunken party starts at the neighboring Aquamarine hotel, with very, very loud music. The icing on the cake, in the opposite direction, was the check-out experience. They started asking me for ice tongs and an ashtray, even though smoking is prohibited in the room. If you disregard all of the above, the hotel itself has a very large and beautiful territory, many luxurious pools, and excellent access to a beautiful beach. There is a huge selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner; it's impossible to try everything. There's a welcome tea at 3 PM, after which it's very difficult to have dinner. The staff is smiley (if you're lucky and don't get the one who checked us in). My impression of the holiday is mixed. An hour before check-out, the senior manager tried to smooth things over by offering us mud baths, but unfortunately, we were already leaving. And honestly, if they had wanted to, they could have done it sooner.

I checked in early, but the room I was given at 2 PM wasn't great. It felt very cramped, and the garden view was of a dead corner, which was quite depressing. Definitely avoid room 414. The dinner, however, was excellent! I really enjoyed the beef hotpot, pizza, fried rice, spring rolls, and rice paper rolls. The pool was clean, and the beach had fine sand and wasn't crowded. Overall, the resort grounds were lovely. I'd suggest that when assigning rooms, they should provide an explanation or photos beforehand so guests can manage their expectations.

Hello everyone and Happy New Year. We stayed at this hotel at the very beginning of our trip to Vietnam. I already wrote a review, but I'll add a little now. The room was clean, this time we checked in at 1:30 PM, the first time at 12 PM, but it's 31:00 PM and there are a lot of tourists in Nha Trang. The room was clean, without that stupid window in the bathroom. We liked the room even better than the first. The soundproofing is also not so good, there are 4 rooms on the floor and there will be a lot of slamming of doors, and that's a fact, you can hear them even on the floor below. They allow pets. There was always hot water. The first time, it was kind of strange, it was on and off. At 8 AM, as if by a click, everyone ran out at the same time, either to work or to breakfast, and then silence. Those who don't care about silence will definitely like it. The place is conveniently located, 5 minutes to the sea. So I can recommend it. Hello everyone and Happy New Year

Lovely hotel. Quite new and quirky with its bamboo theme.  Staff all friendly.  Rooms very nice and clean.  A bit noisy in the rooms as the windows aren’t a great seal, it was raining while we were there and had water coming through the glass doors and windows.  A bit of a freak problem due the weather.  They moved us to another room instantly  Spa is fantastic.

The stay at Comodo Nha Trang Hotel was extremely comfortable and met all expectations of a true five-star hotel. The ocean-view room on the 22nd floor with a balcony was a highlight, offering a beautiful direct view of the sea and a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent and consistent every day. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality Western and Asian dishes. Staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, professional, and attentive, making the stay feel smooth and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the overall environment was calm and luxurious. It is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant seaside stay.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. 1. **Great Location**: Just 100 meters to the right from the exit, cross the road and you're at the beach. 2. **Excellent Facilities**: Although it's not a new hotel, it's very well-maintained. The coffee shop on the ground floor, the restaurant upstairs, and the pool on the 7th floor are all fantastic. 3. **Comfortable Stay**: The room was quiet and spacious, with a beautiful view from the window. The linen was of a good standard, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very large, equipped with a bathtub and bathrobes. 4. **Polite Service**: Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very polite, always smiling, and happy to assist with any request. 5. **Plenty of Nearby Amenities**: To both the left and right of the hotel entrance, there are many excellent restaurants. To the right, you'll also find convenience stores and bars. Behind the hotel are two large buildings: Lotte Mart and Nha Trang Center shopping mall, a treat for those who enjoy shopping.

Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang by Meliá was our second hotel in Nha Trang, following our stay at Vinpearl Resort on Vinpearl Island. Overall, it offers a comfortable and convenient city stay with several strong points. The price is reasonable for what you get, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city. Our deluxe room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out for a simple yet comfortable stay. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, which is always a big plus for me. The highlight, however, was the view. From the higher floors, the scenery is absolutely stunning and truly elevates the experience. Most of the facilities are located on the 6th floor. The swimming pool is beautiful and decently sized, making it a pleasant place to relax. There is also a restaurant on the same floor, though we didn’t get the chance to try it during this stay. Families will appreciate the kids’ room with activities, which is very convenient for parents. The presence of an on-site clinic for emergencies is also reassuring. Check-in took a little longer than expected, as the hotel was quite busy at the time. Unfortunately, the attitude of one of the concierge staff during check-in left us slightly put off. During check-out, we requested for our luggage to be brought down, but one staff member insisted that we personally follow him all the way up to retrieve it and then return to the lobby. While we understand that there may be procedures to follow, the manner in which it was communicated felt rather uncomfortable. Thankfully, another staff member quickly stepped in, kindly offering to bring our luggage down while we rested in the lobby. That gesture made a meaningful difference and was truly appreciated. I understand that hotel staff can be busy, but a gentler and more professional approach would greatly enhance the guest experience. One additional area for improvement would be the hotel’s scent. The aroma used throughout the hotel may feel uncomfortable for some guests and comes across as rather dated. Perhaps exploring a fresher, more contemporary fragrance would better suit modern preferences. Overall, Vinpearl Empire Nha Trang offers great value, a fantastic location, and beautiful views.
