Hotels With spa in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam

The room was spacious and in a great location, opposite a large plaza and shopping center, making it very convenient for dining, accommodation, and sightseeing. In particular, the lovely female staff member was incredibly helpful. After we checked out, she proactively booked a taxi for us, waiving the hotel's service fee and using her personal account to book the taxi for us. We are very grateful and would highly recommend her!

Flamingo Dai Lai was a wonderful experience along with the great weather. It took us 1hr from Central Hanoi to reach the resort. The facilities were great, with a lot of entertainment and activities for families and kids. The main swimming pool had warm water which is perfect for the cold weather. The villa we stayed was spacious and clean. The only downside is the inconvenience of calling the buggy to get us around. We had no Vietnamese phone number so we had to rely on calling the reception to get us buggy. All in all, the stay in Flamingo was great, I would have stayed another night if not for our flight.

It’s an ok place to rest and have showers although shower blinds have stains and grimes. They could have given proper blankets rather than just a thin sheet which doesn’t make feel “comfortable” or felt Spartan. For one night, it’s an alright place, as it’s a homestay you do get the family vibes.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. Foods was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

I searched Google Maps and drove, but the location was not accurate. There are not many restaurants around the hotel because it is rural. (You have to go out more than 10KM to find a restaurant) The staff at the hotel were so friendly. Room condition is very good. The pool is not well maintained, there is no towel to wipe your body after swimming, and the water temperature is not warm. More than 90% of hotel guests are Vietnamese, most of them are polite when swimming and smell of sweat in the water. I personally don't think I'll visit again because of Vietnamese guests.

It’s a wonderful family run hotel in town so it’s close to eateries , supermarket and amenities .  Rooms are very clean and well looked after . Views from the room looks at the residential homes and the mountains in the background .  Prices are affordable and food is easy to find .

The service was excellent, very patient and attentive. The environment is beautiful, and the room was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

The Vinh Yen Westlake Hotel has a beautiful view. The breakfast is also good. The outdoor pool is large and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly, and there's a golf course next door. Surrounded by a lake, the overall atmosphere is quiet and the scenery is breathtaking. However, there are a lot of Chinese visitors these days.

I am satisfied with the services at this resort: polite, enthusiastic staff, good communication, clean room hygiene, good tram service, guide, detailed introduction to each category, swimming pool, restaurant, children's play area, scenic garden, pagoda

The environment, facilities, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff are all good. However, the breakfast was too crowded and I wish there was more food available.
