The 142-meter-high minaret was added in 1439, the same year the church was inaugurated. Construction of the front wall began in 1277, with its rose windows and stone lace, and its three porticos are also decorated with exquisite statues, which is also famous for Strasbourg Cathedral. The nave is magnificent and elegant, with its stained-glass windows (12th-15th centuries) and the Pillar of Angels (c. 1230) imposing, together with the intricately carved pulpit (1484), and the famous Sieber The Silbermann organ is more pleasing to the eye. There is a one-story astronomical clock (L'horloge Astronomique) in the church, which has been in operation since 1547. Every 15 minutes, there are statues of children, youth, adults and the elderly representing the 4 stages of life, but every o'clock is on the clock. There is a god of death with an axe coming out to tell the time, and it is accurate so far. At about 12:30 noon, the bell will ring to tell the time with music, which can be said to be the spiritual symbol of the Renaissance in Strasbourg.Strasbourg · 40.6 km from Baden-Baden

Its most essential section is concentrated in the Middle Rhine Valley: dozens of ancient castles and fortresses are scattered along the banks, the reefs at the river bends hold ancient legends and poems, and vineyards are layered among the steep slate slopes, forming a magnificent natural and cultural landscape of the valley. Both banks are accompanied by walking trails and cycling paths, with numerous wine towns distributed along the way. The "Rhine in Flames" fireworks event, presented in turn by several towns along the river, has continued for many years and is a characteristic cultural event long held in this area, showcasing the rich atmosphere of the river basin.Germersheim · 53 km from Baden-Baden

Petite-France is located in the southwest of the old town of Strasbourg, France, and is one of the city's representative historical districts, as well as an important part of the Grande Île historical center of Strasbourg. The district is renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture, winding canals, and unique Alsatian style, showcasing the cityscape formed by the long-term blend of French and German culture. It was once home to fishermen, millers, and tanners. Today, the district still retains many traditional half-timbered houses from the 16th and 17th centuries, with soft-colored exterior walls, steep roofs, and clearly visible windows and timber-framed structures. The houses are distributed along the Ill River and its tributaries, where the canals, stone bridges, and historical buildings complement each other, creating a distinctive waterside view.Strasbourg · 41.2 km from Baden-Baden

The main road of Baden town. Green trees are located on one side of the road. At the end is a fountain square. Since Baden itself is a famous hot spring town. Therefore, a small spring stream can be found on the side of the main road. Hotels and restaurants are neatly arranged along one side of the road. Usually, there are not many people walking around outside.

Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe is one of Switzerland’s most spectacular mountain destinations, offering an unforgettable experience high in the Swiss Alps. Surrounded by magnificent snow-covered peaks, vast glaciers, and breathtaking alpine scenery, the journey to the summit is an adventure itself. The panoramic views from the top are truly mesmerizing, especially on a clear day when the mountains seem to stretch endlessly into the horizon. Walking through the snowy landscape feels like entering a winter wonderland. The impressive Aletsch Glacier adds even more beauty to the experience. Jungfraujoch is a must-visit destination for travelers who love mountains, snow, photography, and extraordinary natural landscapes.

The Cathedral Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is a stunning example of Gothic architecture and a highlight of any visit to Alsace. Its towering, ornate facade, crafted from pink sandstone, changes color with the light throughout the day, creating a mesmerizing sight. Inside, the cathedral is filled with intricate stained-glass windows and a soaring nave that conveys a profound sense of awe. A unique feature is the astronomical clock, which draws crowds daily for its intricate display at noon. Visitors

The lake is not very big. It only takes about ten minutes to walk around. There are some fairy tale characters around it, and there is also a mermaid, which adds a bit of interest. The weather was very good on the day I went there, which added beauty to the lake. There is a small children's playground next to it. Adults can have a drink in the sun by the lake. If you live nearby and your itinerary is not full, you can go and see it. One of the stops suitable for car tours. We drove from Renchtal and drove on the famous B500 road in the Black Forest. The scenery is still very beautiful.
