The car was new. The deposit was only dollars. There were no problems with the return; it was fair and transparent.
Car was clean, modern and comfortable. Family of 5 booked a business seater. The driver was early and let us know exactly where to meet. He helped us with our luggage and drove safely. Much more convenient then taking a taxi (which charge additional for luggage in the trunk) and/or taking MTR (train) to airport. Perfect for my grandma and also avoided hot, sweaty weather mid August.
The vehicle is in good condition, driving about 50,000 kilometers, clean and tidy. But when picking up the car only 1/3 of the fuel tank, the company stated that the amount of fuel is random, the same when picking up and returning the car can, in the end I filled up driving not much to send back most of the tank of fuel to return the car. Collision to the front panel requires compensation, the amount is the rental company offered, in cash compensation, can be claimed through trip.com insurance (not guaranteed success), but customer service reply is quite fast. Indonesia is actually not easy to drive and the locals have limited English skills, making it harder to coordinate an accident/conflict unless they are confident
Considering customs took almost 2 full hours , I was very please with the service. The fact that they were able to wait, communicated clearly and promptly was amazing. I was also very pleased to have a female driver. The car was clean, smelled nice and the driver was courteous. This was my first time using a pick-up service and couldn't be happier.
The condition of the car was good, and the return process was smooth. Since it was an airport pickup and drop-off, I found it a bit more convenient to use. I received the car on the 3rd floor of the domestic terminal parking lot. It was easy to drive. However, I would advise against driving in Bali if you are not used to the narrow roads. I once hit a curb and got a flat tire while driving on a narrow street, so I hired a driver to get around after that.
The driver was waiting and very polite and helpful. The drive to the hotel was really enjoyable.
This was probably one of the best rental car service I have received anywhere in the world. Service was 10/10 top notch , fast WhatsApp responds, perfect English , accommodating staff that’s what makes this rental company unique. Poor experience was initially they give me a very old and beaten car, can’t even go up the slope in a nearby shopping mall carpark. I immediately contacted the staff telling them that I can’t use this vehicle. Fortunately, they were receptive and swapped it for a newer model. Pickup and return at international airport carpark. return was abit difficult since is hard to find petrol station with oil(yes this was during the Bali oil crisis! All petrol station has no oil!) as it was sold out everywhere and you have to find the international carpark which was confusing. Ended up they charged me 600k extra upon return. 200k for 1 bar of fuel + 400k for under carriage damage due to scratch when we went up a ramp. Will definitely rent from them
Driver was helpful and nice
Excellent car rental service. They delivered the car to my hotel and dropped it off at another hotel on time. I recommend being extremely careful, as the roads in the north and mountains are particularly narrow. Thank you, Reynal, for the honest car check-in.
The cars are in decent condition. They operate 24/7, so picking up and dropping off the car is very convenient. The location is a 5-10 minute drive from the airport, and they provide airport pick-up and drop-off. Overall, the service is good, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended.
An excellent rental company! We were pleased with the service: the car was in good mechanical condition, the handover process was professional, and the staff were friendly. We even got a free car upgrade, and they picked up the vehicle at a location convenient for us. We highly recommend this company!
Friendly and fast service. I booked a Wuling Air EV which was a perfect fit for a day trip in Bali due to its congestion. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were dropped off at the airport as well. Highly recommended.
