The driver was already waiting for me at the exit with my name on a sign. The car was clean and the ride was smooth.I enjoyed the experience.
Everything was fine. One minus, that the airport office had no employees on site neither when receiving the car nor when handing it over. On the phone indicated on the office door, no one spoke English and if the tourist does not have the Internet or the WeChat application at that moment, it may be difficult to communicate. For those who speak Chinese, of course, there is no problem. For the security deposit, we were not given the full amount back and did not explain whether it was withheld due to traffic violations..? The amount was not large, so we did not raise any complaints. The car was new and overall a good experience driving in China for the first time.

Car was clean, modern and comfortable. Family of 5 booked a business seater. The driver was early and let us know exactly where to meet. He helped us with our luggage and drove safely. Much more convenient then taking a taxi (which charge additional for luggage in the trunk) and/or taking MTR (train) to airport. Perfect for my grandma and also avoided hot, sweaty weather mid August.
Nice car with friendly service
Considering customs took almost 2 full hours , I was very please with the service. The fact that they were able to wait, communicated clearly and promptly was amazing. I was also very pleased to have a female driver. The car was clean, smelled nice and the driver was courteous. This was my first time using a pick-up service and couldn't be happier.
I think it is a great place to rent a car in Beijing. I had a great time using it. (However, a valid Chinese driver's license is required.)
The driver was waiting and very polite and helpful. The drive to the hotel was really enjoyable.
