We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.โ

My family and I traveled on a VIP sleeper bus (22 seats) from Da Nang to Nha Trang.
The bus was comfortable: a berth with a pillow and blanket, a privacy curtain, a TV, and air conditioning. They provided a bottle of water.
The manager was in touch before the trip. When I asked about the portable toilet, a staff member came over and showed my child where it was and how to use it.
We slept the entire way. The bus arrived ahead of schedule.
I recommend it.โ

I booked a half-day tour of the Tianjing Mangrove Forest, and the experience was fantastic! Our first stop was the Floating Mosque. From the bus, the blue dome and minaret stood out strikingly in the sunlightโsolemn and photogenic; every shot was picturesque. Afterwards, we headed to the mangrove forest and saw gibbon monkeys up close for the first time. We fed them bananas, and the little guys were so lively and adorable; it was instantly heartwarming. Our driver, Xiao Qi, drove smoothly and attentively, while our guide, Steve, was enthusiastic and professional throughout, patiently explaining the local history, culture, and geography, making the otherwise mundane journey lively and interesting. The weather was quite hot that day, and finding the gibbon monkeys took some time. Although we only caught a glimpse from afar, it was still a fulfillment of our wish, leaving no regrets. We arrived at the beach in the evening. Our guide was a great photographer, capturing stunning sunset moments for everyone in our group. We were also lucky enough to catch a spectacular iron flower performanceโdazzling and breathtaking! Finally, on the return trip, we searched for the romantic fireflies. The twinkling stars and the evening breeze created a truly enchanting atmosphere. The overall itinerary was well-planned, and the experience was rich and pleasant. I was very satisfied with the trip and would recommend it to everyone!โ

We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them โ this time to Ba Na Hills ๐ฟ
We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up โ very fast and convenient ๐
We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM.
For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 โ super easy and well organized.
Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesnโt operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit.

I definitely recommend this transport company.
When I had problems with my plans, the manager arranged for me to change the bus to an earlier time.
The booking and communication process was very simple.
The managers were always available.
The bus arrived at the starting point a little late, but in the end, we arrived at our destination 20 minutes early.
