Jose was a great tour guide and this was such an effective way to see a lot of Budapest, considering we were only there a day. A challenging cycle up the hills but it was worth it.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had a little trouble finding the building, but we asked a nearby police officer who helped us find it. The building has an elevator that goes up to the 56th floor; after that, you have to climb the stairs to the rooftop. The photography team was very patient and helped explain the poses downstairs before we went up to the rooftop. If you have a phone, you can hand it to them to film a video while you're taking pictures. You get the photos immediately after the shoot; they're imported directly to your device. You get all the original photos, and you can send them to us for free editing (9 photos) via WeChat. We arrived at around 9:20 PM (last queue is at 9:30 PM), so we were the last ones to get the photos. We waited until almost 10 PM to have our shoot. We shot for about 5 minutes.

Jeff was an outstanding photographer with a great eye for detail. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Communication was excellent, and the final photos were high quality and beautifully edited. I would definitely book again.
