Attending Sompong Cooking School was an unforgettable experience. The daily menus were different, allowing me to learn many authentic Thai dishes, avoiding a formulaic approach. This program is especially suitable for travelers who enjoy interacting with locals and gaining a deeper understanding of the local culture. The morning sessions even included a visit to a local market, where the instructors explained the ingredients and everyday Thai eating habits – a very fun and relatable experience. Our instructor this time was Teacher Ant, and I was so lucky to have met him! His teaching was clear and humorous, creating a fantastic atmosphere that completely engaged me. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!★
