I organized a half-day Dubai tour for my mum and her sister during a 13-hour layover. As I wasn’t there with them, I was understandably a little stressed about making sure everything would run smoothly and that they would be properly looked after. From the very beginning, communication with Rahul at Navita Tourism was simple and efficient. He responded quickly to my enquiry, explained everything clearly, and made the booking process completely straightforward. That alone gave me confidence. The real highlight, however, was their guide, Arif. From the moment my mum and her sister landed in Dubai, everything was handled professionally. They connected easily with Arif at the airport, and he took care of them for the entire five-hour tour before dropping them at their Emirates-provided hotel. During the tour, Arif took them through the old souk areas of Dubai, where they experienced the traditional atmosphere of the city. They also enjoyed a canoe boat ride, which added a unique and memorable touch to the visit. He then showed them the modern side of Dubai, driving through areas filled with impressive skyscrapers and contemporary architecture. They passed by the royal palace, stopped at the Marina, and saw beautiful mosques along the way back to the hotel. The tour was not only enjoyable but also very instructive. Arif was extremely knowledgeable and always had clear, detailed answers to their questions. They have nothing but positive things to say about him. He was friendly, funny, polite and genuinely kind. Most importantly for me as a son, he treated them like family. He stayed close to them throughout the tour, made sure they were comfortable at all times, and ensured they felt completely safe in a country they had never visited before. Knowing they were in such capable and caring hands made all the difference to me. If you’re considering a short layover tour in Dubai, especially for older family members, I would not hesitate to recommend Navita Tourism. They delivered exactly what they promised — and more.
