They contacted us the evening before departure and notified us of a change in departure time, pushing it back two hours. The bus itself was comfortable, there were exercise stations and water, and the ride was comfortable, with one restroom stop.

Comfortable and wide cabin. Nice touch by service counter in providing motion sickness pills, was able to avoid sickness and sleep well with that.

On the day of departure, a company employee contacted me and gave me the address of the ticket office, from where a minibus took me to the departure point. The trip was overnight, and it was cool. The air conditioning was on, and the provided blanket didn't help. (Be mindful of the weather and bring appropriate clothing.) The road was a bit bumpy due to roadwork.

Everything went well: the bus was clean, the seat was comfortable, and there was a complimentary bottle of water and snacks. We had a blanket and pillow, so we brought our own for extra comfort. We had a comfortable ride. They're a good company.
