Although we couldn't contact them by email, they picked us up at the hotel on time that day. It was great that we could go to the places we wanted to go according to our own plan! The guide was also kind, and we were able to communicate even with our poor English and Korean thanks to the translation device!★

Sam was the perfect tour guide. I went with my parents who are in their 60s and they had a very comfortable time. Special mention to the lunch place where Sam took us. The abalone porridge was amazing! And of course, the scenery. Jeju is just stunning. Sam explained the history, geology and culture of the island (in perfect English) and you can feel his pride and love for the island in his stories. 10 out of 10 experience.★

It was a great that that was full of interesting sights and information. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our tour guide Alex was very informative and very pleasant. He was very organized and made the day fun and entertaining. He was excellent!
