It was great. They helped us get a table with a shorter wait time. We will go there again and always buy it on trip.com to avoid waiting in a long line for a table.
Reviews: Taipei | Beitou Spring City Resort | Private Hot Spring Room, Public Baths, Hot Spring Experience

There's a scheduled shuttle service. The hot spring environment was better than I expected—clean and quiet. There weren't many pools, but since it was a weekday, it wasn't crowded. The changing rooms and shower facilities were very clean. I'd go again. As for the food, it was delicious. It was Japanese style, with sashimi, salad, pork hot pot—everything was very tasty.

Massager #3's pressure was just right for me, and he was very attentive throughout the 100-minute massage. He was very thorough and helpful. I'm grateful for his dedication; it really relieved my back pain. The counter staff were also very helpful and answered all my questions. I'll definitely come back again. Thank you! 🙏

This trip, organized by [travel agency/trip name], was incredibly meticulous and thoughtful, exceeding all expectations! The tour guide was both professional and humorous, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. In particular, [a highlight, such as ample time spent at attractions] allowed us to deeply experience the local charm. I was lucky enough to be assigned a window seat, which had great natural light. The seats weren't too close to the next table, although I could still hear the people chatting 🤣, but it wasn't cramped when I moved around.
Reviews: Taipei | Thai Oil Massage & Acupressure | Thai Heart Thai Lifestyle Center (Phone reservation required)

Overall, it was pretty good. The facilities were a bit basic and simple, but the price was cheap. The masseuses did a good job, but they would chat with customers or colleagues on and off, and there was constant background noise from the counter calling for attendants via radio, which wasn't suitable for customers who wanted a quiet experience. Also, I felt the massage didn't last two hours, probably because it's so popular and they were in a hurry to end it, as there were many other people with appointments waiting downstairs, which was a bit of a shame.
