Very dedicated. The weather was bad, but I didn't have much time to wait. This trip exceeded my expectations. First, I went to the office to change clothes—a complete change! I initially thought it wasn't necessary, but it was freezing the whole way. You'll definitely regret it if you don't change. The professional and comprehensive service was excellent overall. Great value for money, a fantastic experience, and great service. Finally, we had to ride sleds to the lake—a journey of over an hour, and it was really cold. Thank you to the guide for your hard work. In the end, the weather was bad, so I couldn't see the aurora; I guess I was just unlucky.★

The excursion is beautiful, visiting several idyllic islands. The boat is comfortable, but being high season, it was very crowded and we were a bit cramped. Lunch is delicious. The guide is excellent.★

Our tour guide, Li Xue, was very professional and polite. Her explanations were engaging and clear, and she could describe the architecture of the Forbidden City, down to every brick and tile, in great detail, sharing many interesting stories. She also interacted with the group members during her explanations. Our family was very satisfied. I highly recommend hiring a guided tour when visiting the Forbidden City.★
