If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Museum site closed to the public every Monday - Exceptions can be checked at https://museicivici.comune.verona.it/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=43239
To enter Juliet's House, you need to book the date and time of entry to the museum online on the verona.midaticket.it website, even if you are a Verona Card holder.
