myself and my husband loved this experience. the transport pi ked us up from our hotel promptly, then we made our way to the zoo. the driver took us to reception and signed us in. once at the zoo we walked through to where the orangutans were. the breakfast spread was amazing, so much choice and lovely food. we had just started eating and two elephants joined us, which we were allowed to touch, take photos with an feed (extra charge) then orangutans came out. there was also parrots and Gibbons to see and hold. the guides talked through facts about each animal and was very informative. once breakfast had finished we were free to explore the zoo. we rang our driver once we had finished who came straight away and took us back to the hotel. an amazing experience which we will never forget. well worth the money★

This was by far the best activity we booked in Bali. Breakfast was served in an outdoor cafe and there was lots to choose from. The orangutans were brought out for photos but there was no contact allowed sadly. You could have your photo taken next to them and also elephants. We then did the mud experience with the elephants which was simply amazing. You get to chop fruit and feed them, cover them in mud then shower it off. You then go into the water with them and splash them to which they properly splash you back. I can’t recommend this enough. We were picked up and dropped back at our hotel in a private car★

A wonderful zoo, with many animals, especially the initial ones that are open, and with two areas well connected by an internal shuttle. The terrace above the bar is also lovely, allowing you to admire everything from above. I got there easily with Gojek, so be wary of anyone who says it won't arrive.★
