This trip was fantastic! The scenery was beautiful, exceeding my expectations. The service from the cruise company, SST Travel, was also very professional. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the tickets, provided luxury car pick-up and drop-off, and arranged the cruise activities very professionally. The meals were also delicious, and every member of the team was very friendly. I'm happy to give them 5 stars and give them a thumbs up. I will definitely recommend them to my friends next time they come.★

Aside from the fact that it was a join meeting, there was a bit of a wait for other teams, and the rest stops along the way were quite poor, I was satisfied. The facilities were excellent, the lunch buffet was excellent, and there was an exciting show planned for the day, so I had a great time. However, please note that all drinks are subject to a 15% VAT.★

The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

The day was packed with activities from morning till night, and it was really fun! However, we were instructed to leave our drinks on the bus on the way there, and it was a little disappointing that we had to buy drinks on the ferry as well.★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.
