The best fast track service in Vietnam. Great communication before you arrive. Your name is on sign board so you can quickly find where you need to go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I had zero delays and I completed immigration in about 1 minute. Very fast. I highly recommend this company. I used fast track many times and this company is outstanding. Very professional!!!

Arrived in the afternoon, only queued for 10 minutes. I recommend booking in advance because if you don't, you'll have to queue for an hour or more. There are staff holding signs waiting for you.

The tour was excellent. They picked us up from our hotel at the scheduled time. Our guide, Hang, was very helpful and kind, always looking out for us. Her treatment was wonderful and very patient, as we traveled mother and daughter. She took some excellent photos of us. I definitely recommend this travel agency and especially Hang, a wonderful guide.

Last year, I was in a total meltdown while waiting in line—my child was crying and my luggage was heavy. I saw people right next to me getting through the fast track and told myself I would definitely do it next time, and I finally did it this time. It was so much easier once I got that option.

It was definitely worth it!! I used this service because I had a 2.5-hour layover in Ho Chi Minh City for a domestic flight. I was able to communicate with the staff member via WhatsApp beforehand, and on the day of my flight, they met me right away and guided me to a dedicated lane. If I had waited in the regular line, it would have taken at least two hours. But by using this service, I was able to enter the country in about 20 minutes. The immigration process at Ho Chi Minh Airport was truly a disaster, far worse than I expected. The reason it took so long was because the officers were on the phone while processing immigration. It's not cheap, but I highly recommend it for anyone worried about their layover.


