I joined the tour on November 15th. The bus was almost full, with people from many different countries in the group, but it was always our compatriots who were late. Sigh.
Our tour guide, Vivi, was very good. She had to speak the exact same thing in three languages, which must have been quite tiring.
The stops at each attraction were short. It was pretty much a quick visit, but there was no other way, as it was too far and time was tight.
The weather was so-so this time, mostly overcast, but during a brief break in the sunshine, I saw half of Mount Yotei and immediately took a picture.★

Even though it was just the two of us, the trip wasn't canceled. We were lucky enough to have a sunny day and see Mt. Yotei. Our guide was very kind and patient, explaining Hokkaido's history and culture, today's itinerary, and attractions to us along the way. He also recommended some delicious food and snacks. We had a great time!★

Wonderful tour and great snowmobiling experience (JPY20000/2 pax/snowmobile or JPY15000/pax/snowmobile, extra payment in cash only). Get to taste some local farms milk-based products (yogurt, pudding and gelato). A great trip!★

This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service.
Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time.
Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.★

The trip was nice although the call time at the end was much earlier than what I expected, which made me want to stay in Otaru longer. Also, I felt like the guide was quite pushy with buying some of the products (horse oil) at the stopover. Anyhow, the guide was quite nice to explain both stuff in English and in Mandarin, and he was responsive with my questions and requests to take photos, so the trip was okay. By the way, for this trip, it’s more of a you-go-around kind, so don’t expect the tour guide to show you all of the stuff.
