Fill in all required information.

A customer support representative will confirm your itinerary by phone, SMS, or WeChat before 23:59 (local time) the day before your visit. If you don't have international roaming data service enabled, please check your email or WeChat.

If you do not receive contact before the specified time, please contact customer support.

Lunch reservations must be made at least one day in advance, and no later than 18:00.

Dinner can be booked on the same day, but reservations must be made before 12:00.

Note: To ensure sufficient buffet food supply, please arrive and dine at least two hours before the restaurant's break time (Lunch: before 12:30 PM / Dinner: before 7:30 PM). The restaurant will stop replenishing dishes half an hour before closing.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 16:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 16:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
