Thank you so much for the driver's warm and thoughtful service. I was worried about communication issues, but he spoke good English. He was very careful to pick me up on time, using my name tag, and checked my destination. I wanted to visit a beach on the way, and he even stopped to recommend one. On our way back, we were stuck in traffic and took a bit longer, but he didn't charge extra. Thank you so much πβ

It was my first time in Vietnam and I was a little nervous about how everything would go. Everything went perfectly. We took a taxi from the airport in 20-25 minutes, and then a friendly employee at the office told me boarding would begin in 15 minutes. The bus quickly filled up and departed early. The journey took just under 5 hours.β

The trip was good and on time. The problem was that the description wasn't clear about where to go or how to contact them, and they only wrote to me two hours before the trip, so I was worried they might cancel it. It would be good if they contacted me beforehand.β
