The English-speaking tour group required a basic understanding of English. The domestic travel agency was their secondary provider, but they didn't notify us the night before. I called them and was told that foreigners don't usually join WeChat groups, so I had to find the boarding location on my own. Overall, the service provided by the domestic travel agency wasn't very good, and they needed to improve their service awareness. Fortunately, the guides and drivers at the British-owned company, Rabbs, were very helpful, and everything went smoothly.★

Rob was a great guide, very knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. Also he drives in a very safe manner. Itinerary was good, timing just nice . Would suggest giving water to each person and installing cup holders at seats.Trip.com Picks
