The tour was good and the guide was knowledgeable. Sometimes felt a bit scripted and not very personal. Overall worthwhile having the tour to appreciate local details.
Reviews: Ancient Fortress Tour With A Local Guide
Guest User2026-02-25
I had a great trip to the ancient fortresses with my knowledgeable tour guide. He thoroughly explained the history and stories of each fortress from thousands of years ago. The condition and structure of the fortresses are very good, and they have stood there for many centuries. In addition, we exchanged our views on daily life, culture, and other aspects of our countries. I am glad that Uzbekistan has been open to tourists since end of 2016. Uzbekistan is a unique country with a rich historical heritage that traces back to its golden era in ancient times.
