The customer service can contact and communicate in advance, and it is very good to punch in two classic attractions for a day trip. The itinerary is reasonable, the tour guide is warm and professional, and has been carefully explaining.

We had an amazing time. Our guide Pablo/ Pavlo, I think that was his name. He was really nice, gave clear instructions and explained everything perfectly. He engaged with the group and was so helpful all the time. The tour is really well organised with enough free time to visit the things by yourself.

Georgi Ivanov was our guide and was very good at guiding us throughout the entire experience! He's very knowledgeable about the monastery's past and present history...he was able to answer many of the group's questions. The monastery is fantastic...the spa is just the right size and there aren't too many people, which allows you to truly relax for a few hours! He was also very punctual about departure and arrival times!

What we liked most was the guide (Martín); what we liked least was that the price of the tickets wasn't itemized separately, that it would be easier to pay them when making the reservation, and that the entrance to the Rila Museum with a guide was very expensive.

Excellent organization! Beautiful places. If you go in the winter, I recommend wearing shoes and clothing suitable for mountain trekking. We will remember Hristo and Zanahoria, thank you so much! Wonderful day.

The trip was definitely worth it! Our tour guide was very friendly and made the tour enjoyable. The monastery is truly beautiful. The lake is certainly worth visiting, especially in spring – unfortunately, we had snow, so we couldn't see the lakes. Nevertheless, it was a fascinating experience to witness the experiment at that snowy altitude.


