A really good trip. Lots of historical sites. Pedro, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very funny. The tour included private chapel viewings not open to the public. Highly recommended!★

Our guide, although he drove a little faster than we liked, was informative and sweet. The two wineries we visited were stellar and both had excellent staff and owners. The food in both wineries was delicious but the lunch at Efemia was particularly tasty. The boat ride was also a great way to get a different perspective of the Duoro Valley. It was a totally enjoyable day!★

We had a most memorable day trip to the Duoro river valley yesterday.
Our tour guide Nuno spoke perfect English. He was very informative and professional as we navigated the many Quinta and viewpoints throughout the excursion.
Nuno’s passion for all things Porto shines through. He was highly entertaining and engaging, the perfect pairing to my comedic personna.
Oh what a treat it was: multiple quinta stops, a personal guide through the Pinhao train station, an unexpected stop to see a boat navigate the lock in one of the river dams, an EV boat ride along the Duoro river (so quiet!) and lunch at a family owned restaurant to name a few.
Your money goes far with this company. I highly recommend Nuno. Obrigado for a fun, relaxing day!★

Best Day! Ricardo Laverco made this day a wonderful experience. He was not only an amazing guide, but a skilled driver on the uphill, downhill, narrow and high elevation Duoro Valley streets. Amarante stop was a great treat as well. He was knowledgeable on all things wine and it was great to hear him speak enthusiastically about the wines. Scrumptious lunch and relaxing cruise. The wineries were good and wine delicious. The scenery one has to see to believe. Overall a day to write home about. Obrigada Ricardo! Fantastic! Also have to say that Ricardo was attentive and polite, and that is not something you forget on a tour. So glad we did a small group tour, instead of a large group.
