We went on a guided tour with a driver (Shiraz), and everything went perfectly. All the organizational details went smoothly. We messaged on WhatsApp the day before to confirm the tour, and on the day of departure, we sent the exact departure time from the hotel, and the driver arrived exactly at that time. The driver spoke English, but if you don't know it, he translated everything using a translator. A nice compliment was the complimentary water in the car. We spent as much time at the locations as we wanted, exploring them independently, and the driver asked everyone how much time we needed. We spent an hour and a half in the garden and two hours in the village.★

Our tour guide was accommodating as the Miracle Garden and Global Village were closed. We were offered a refund for GV and a switch to The Butterfly Garden. Our party of 4 thought that was an even trade-off. Faizan was an informative and knowledgeable friend. We definitely recommend and will reach out when we return to Dubai. ★
