It snowed with grade 4 wind. Visibility is poor even at Erdaobaihe. Hence all activities at Changbaishan are closed. Out of 10 activities only the Rime rafting and 1172 event can be fulfilled. The travel agent couldn't find enough experienced driver for us. We had the replacement driver who knows almost nothing of the attractions. I am glad I asked for suggestions of other activities, the driver is helpful and pleasing, he contacted the travel agent and recommended a few other activities for us, such as the ATV ride in the snow forrest, flying ride to view the Changbaishan and others as well. Of all, we really enjoyed the Rime rafting, our favourite, and ATV ride. Thank you for the doing your best. We received the agreed refund as detailed in the itinerary through Trip.com. I feel that Changbaishan is better view in Spring or Summer. Winter stands lesser chance due to the weather. With >Grade 3 wind speed, the Heaven Lake is closed. Other activities nearby are worth the trip.

Blue Moon Valley and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain were both so beautiful! The lady with the last four digits of her phone number, 988, provided excellent service. She first took us to see the sunrise over the snow-capped peaks, then we explored Blue Moon Valley, and after lunch, we took the glacier cable car. Unfortunately, because of our own reasons, we spent too much time on the snow mountain and missed the Impression Lijiang show, which was a bit of a regret. Hopefully, we can come back next time!

This day trip to Mount Emei and the Leshan Giant Buddha was excellent. Our tour guide was attentive and responsible throughout, providing clear and thoughtful explanations and taking care of everyone's needs. The itinerary was exceptionally well-planned, with a perfect pace, allowing us to fully enjoy both attractions without feeling rushed. It was a truly fulfilling and enjoyable trip, allowing us to appreciate beautiful scenery, experience local culture, and relax comfortably.

It was a truly perfect one-day tour. Everything went exactly as described on Trip.com, and on top of that, the April weather cooperated. First of all, the guide leading the tour was incredibly friendly and provided a complete explanation of the course and schedule in advance. Also, the day before the tour, the driver opened another WeChat chat room to provide guidance and care until the tour ended. A total of nine people went on the one-day tour I participated in, consisting of eight Koreans and one Chinese person. The driver who takes you to the destination only accompanies you as far as the cable car boarding area to go up to Glacier Park. The rest of the schedule is managed via WeChat... and in our tour, one Chinese young woman was very helpful. Contrary to my concerns, everything proceeded perfectly according to Trip.com's instructions, and the time allocation was very appropriate. The only downside was the lunch... just chicken shabu-shabu and rice! Still, as the saying goes, hunger is the best seasoning, so I enjoyed the meal. Blue Moon Valley was beautiful, and also... The scale of the Impression Lijiang performance is also extraordinary. It was great. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a tour of Yulian Snow Mountain in Lijiang.

The itinerary is pretty packed, depending on the day and the crowds you might end up spending hours in line for the cable car (I went on a tuesday in March and spent almost to hours to reach the glacier) but it respects the description perfectly. Sadly weather conditions make or break the day, it was cloudy and rainy when I visited. The driver is nice and sent me messages with instructions for the day, doesn't speak a single word in english tho and doesn't come with you anywhere during the day, you kind of have to figure out hot to move around the park on your own. There's absolutely no need to spend 40cny for the electric cart in the blue moon valley, you can walk one way and take it on the way back for 20cny if you're tight with time or don't want to walk much. Imo the oxigen is not needed at all, the jacket they lend you was extremely appreciated. The Lijiang Impression show is truly beautiful! Overall a pretty good day tour with room for improvement if they cater to foreigners too.


