Excellent, lively and knowledgeable driver cum guide Bunty who not only shared immensely useful Information but kept us entertained through his anecdotes and engaging conversations. Went out of the way to give us unique experience of visiting the swinging bridge and accommodated a request to visit a friend to say hello and yet kept the time. Given the start was very early, he ensured that we have brief stop for coffee and snack before heading out to first of the two engagements for the day. This itself made the visit memorable additional to visit to glow worm caves and visit to Geysers and sumptuous lunch. Overall a fantastic trip…Kudos to FlexiToursNZ who kept their words of keeping the vehicle suited for small group with comfortable seats.

Great way to travel to Rotorua. Our guide was friendly and full of helpful information and recommendations. Hobbiton was awesome and the guide on this tour was funny, informative and made the experience great! Highly recommend.

Such a great trip! Grant (or Grant but in a kiwi accent) was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture and history during the long van rides. Glowworm caves were cool but the highlight for me was definitely the geysers. The whole experience was great and am so grateful that they offer a trip like this including transport since Rotorua is quite a distance away. Note: this experience did not include a Māori performance or haka. If I read the description better I wouldve known that but that is the only thing I was a little bummed about. The experience is great, but just note what is actually included if thats what you are looking for.

The staff at reception were absolutely lovely; they even offered us breakfast because they had a problem with their boat. They also gave us great advice on how to visit the site.
