The trip began on time. Phil is a very nice and knowledgeable person who's doing a great job talking about Las Vegas providing you with a lots of facts, anecdotes and handy tips for a better stay in the Sin City. The whole service exceeded our expectations. We got VIP upgrade. It's really worth recommending. Hoover Dam is a must-do on the way to Canyon.★

Due to insufficient numbers tour was changed to Valley of Fire at no extra cost to me. Had a wonderful day with just two other ladies and our wonderful guide Robert. Everything was fantastic with easy pick up and drop off. Robert was lovely and took great care of our comfort★

Our guide was Nick. He was punctual and transported us to and from the canyon in a very safe manner. He did an excellent job answering all of my questions and those of my 12 year old daughter as we hiked through the canyon. My daughter asked so many questions, most people may have been annoyed. Nick answered them kindly and patiently. He explained the history of the area and pointed out wildlife pertinent to the hike. He communicated the entire time to ensure we were comfortable and gave me time to catch my breath without making me feel like an old man. He drove us to the gift shop and gave us time to look around without us feeling rushed. He told us about other areas to hike, and we plan to book with him again when we come back to town. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and our guide.★

A few days before departure, the tour guide contacted me via WhatsApp, clearly stating the meeting time and location. The guide, Sarah, was excellent. The tour bus was large and comfortable. I purchased a lunch package at the restaurant; the food was plentiful but slightly unsuitable for young children (they could only eat fries). My itinerary included a 15-minute skywalk. The overall itinerary was very smooth. Highly recommended. Note that a tip is expected for the guide at the end (optional). Sarah's service and attitude were excellent, so I gave her a small cash tip. 👍🏻★

Tour guide Milton was friendly, experienced and shared many interesting information during the ride about the places we were going. Worth it as you get to see different places and especially the Grand Canyon West. Amazing view.★

We had an incredible experience on our day tour to the Grand Canyon! From start to finish, everything was well-organized, comfortable, and enjoyable.
Our tour guide Marvin was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting facts and stories about the Canyon, the surrounding landscape, and its history. He kept us entertained throughout the trip, answered every question with a smile, and made sure everyone felt included and informed.
A huge shoutout as well to our bus captain Jim, who made the long drive feel smooth and relaxing. His driving was excellent—safe, steady, and perfectly timed. We felt completely at ease the whole way, and he even helped us spot some scenic views along the route.
Highly recommend this tour to everyone! Once again thank you Marvin and Jim for the amazing day!
