Highly recommended.💯 The service was smooth and easy. We were picked up from out front hotel at Shangri-La. We took a private tour of 3 people. Went to Balagezong up until the peak. Then stay overnight opposite Meili Snow Mountain. We are lucky we are able to catch the gold sunrise from Meili Snow Mountain. Mr. Stone our driver and guide - is very helpful, providing us information about culture, history and facts. Appreciate it so much. If you are going to Shangri-La please spend time to go to Balagezong and Meili Snow Mountain. Worth every penny. 😊★

This was my first time joining a tour, and I had a great experience. I saw the sunrise over Meili Snow Mountain, and I was very satisfied with the whole trip. They even gave me free cold-weather clothing and oxygen tanks, which was very thoughtful. The driver in the car with license plate number 2999 drove very fast and steadily, arriving at Meili Snow Mountain first, which made me very lucky to stand in the front row to see the snow-capped mountains (if you arrive later, you'll be in the back). Highly recommended!★

Was worth it to be able to see a different part of Shangrila away from the main tourist areas near town. However it could be a bit tiring for a day trip as the journey takes a long time. The scenery made it worth it. I also liked how we were able to customize the tour to suit our timing while our guide was very informative and enthusiastic.★

We got up a bit early, but there were very few people at Tiger Leaping Gorge, making it easy to buy tickets and take photos. On our way back, it got busier, and some photo spots even had queues. Following our guide Yang's instructions, we took the escalator all the way to the end, and then went back to take photos at each escalator stop on the way back. It went very smoothly; for older people, paying 70 yuan for the escalator was a great deal. We saw all the planned attractions, and had plenty of time to explore, making the trip truly worthwhile. A word of caution: the so-called Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge (Shangri-La section) is actually the same place—the dangerous section with the Tiger Leaping Rock. The section across the river is the Lijiang section, which doesn't have escalators.★

The experience was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the price was great. The driver was very kind, enthusiastic, and attentive, and there were no hidden charges. He even took us to Shuhe Ancient Town on the way back. Superb! Overall, a fantastic experience!
