I picked it up at Terminal 2 of Taiwan Taoyuan Airport, but it might be a little difficult to find. After exiting the departure gate, take the escalator down to the Airport Rail Link entrance gate. If you turn around after reaching the gate, you will see a small counter where you can pick it up. You must enter all the way to the Airport Rail Link entrance gate. Although the photo on Trip.com might look clear, it is hidden, so you need to look carefully.★

The round-trip card from Taoyuan International Airport to downtown Taipei and the card for unlimited use of the city's subway are separate. It's a great deal. I lost my city subway card on the way there, but the card for the return trip to the airport was separate, which was very helpful. The pick-up point at the airport is near the subway ticket gate on the B2 floor. I searched for it quite a while, thinking it must be somewhere inside the airport.★
