The activity which I actually booked had to be cancelled because of a large bushfire in the vicinity. The company offered everyone either a full refund or a substitute activity - which I think most people accepted. The staff and guides made sure that everyone was kitted out appropriately and provided any additional items they thought we would need. The guides were excellent - kept everyone safe, were extremely capable, supportive and encouraging, helpful and interesting.About
