I booked a VIP bus from Da Nang to Nha Trang. I was completely satisfied with the trip. The bus was truly excellent: comfortable berth, clean, air conditioning worked well, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The arrival was quick. No complaints, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend it!โ

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.โ

Everything went well; the driver didn't speed or honk the horn the whole way, like some other drivers. We left on schedule at 10:10 PM and arrived in Nha Trang around 4:30 AM. The ticket price could have been lower, because basically, as stated, you pay for a night on the sleeper bus and, if you arrive at night, you have to pay extra for an early check-in or a full night's hotel reservation, or, if you're desperate, you have to wait until check-in at 2:00 PM, roughly 12 hours.โ

It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.โ

We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them โ this time to Ba Na Hills ๐ฟ
We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up โ very fast and convenient ๐
We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM.
For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 โ super easy and well organized.
Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesnโt operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit.

Everything felt easy and stress-free.
