Overall, well planned and good experience. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Van was new, large, and clean. We did a private tour and communication was good via WeChat. We were picked up at 8:30am and returned back to the hotel at 7:45pm. It was a long day visiting both Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, but I don’t think it would be worth visiting on two separate days. The reason for only 4 stars was that we were charged an additional 3 hours at 150 RMB/hr. After the booking was confirmed, the tour operator said the tour is only for 8 hours of time even though the description on Trip.com said the tour would be 9am-8pm. Seemed like a bit of a bait and switch. They should just put that on the description if there are additional hourly charges.★

Blue Moon Valley and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain were both so beautiful! The lady with the last four digits of her phone number, 988, provided excellent service. She first took us to see the sunrise over the snow-capped peaks, then we explored Blue Moon Valley, and after lunch, we took the glacier cable car. Unfortunately, because of our own reasons, we spent too much time on the snow mountain and missed the Impression Lijiang show, which was a bit of a regret. Hopefully, we can come back next time!★

Today was incredibly lucky! We met our wonderful tour guide, Ye Fan, who was so considerate of her guests. She picked us up at 6:10 AM, having apparently gotten up as early as 4 AM. She didn't try to get us to spend any money on hidden charges, and kept asking if we had enough for lunch. She also safely took us back to our hotel. It was a truly enjoyable day trip. Highly recommend Ye Fan!About
