Extremely convenient and easy. There were no problems communicating with the staff; we never had any issues finding someone to contact. Customer service responded promptly and resolved problems completely. They provided real-time updates on baggage pickup and arrival, and coordinated with our arrival time at the airport! Highly recommended! It frees up your hands from carrying so many bags.
