Excellent communication with clear instructions and took the stress out of arriving to Noi Bai airport. A well organised & speedy team who were able to answer all my questions regarding arrival as we were travelling with children. We completed immigration procedures so fast our luggage hadn't even come out on the carousel yet. Highly recommend this service!★

I went on a trip to Vietnam with my parents and kids. I bought it without any expectations, thinking it would be even a little helpful, but it exceeded my expectations. ㅎㅎ I didn't know the line for Vietnam immigration would be that long! Thanks to the guidance of the staff member, I was able to pass through with ease. If I had waited with my parents and kids without buying this... I think it would have been difficult just thinking about it^^;★
