This trip was fantastic. First, our tour guide, Xiaoyu, was incredibly patient, helping every tourist who needed assistance. Throughout the trip, she tirelessly shared many interesting local history and cultural stories, which I, as a tourist, listened to attentively and found very helpful and informative. She also patiently guided us through the meeting points and ensured safety, providing excellent service.
Second, the driver's skills were superb. Despite the challenging driving conditions in the icy and snowy conditions, he still managed to get everyone to our destination safely and on time.
Thank you both for your hard work; the entire trip was excellent, and I would definitely choose Xiaoyu again next time.★

She is very considerate of our safety and make sure we meet our needs, not get lost in our free time in every attraction we visited. Very good package - you can choose whether you need the instructor which luckily I did get that package. From pick up from the train station till the drop off everything is very streamlined and efficient. Staff is also great. I thought that I had booked an English instructor but was given a Chinese instructor, no big deal but an English instructor would make it better★

The experience was fantastic! As listed, it includes approximately a 1.5-hour beginner lesson, equipment (excluding helmet), a lift ticket, and then free time! Highly recommended for beginners (i.e., those who have skied a few times before), but first-timers will definitely find the free time challenging as the slopes are very steep! However, if you simply want to enjoy the feeling of being in the snow and learn to ski, it's absolutely worth it.
