I think this is a place worth visiting. The snack shops near Ena Gorge have incredibly delicious strawberries, only 1000 yen a bag. The strawberry flavor is exceptionally sweet; in Nagoya, a bag of strawberries would cost at least 1500 yen. The roasted sweet potatoes are also delicious. Tsumarajuku is truly beautiful, perfect for taking photos.★

There are not many team personnel, the Coster 18 is equipped, the driving is smooth along the way, the Chinese driver and the tour guide are equipped, and the tour guide to the attractions is very comprehensively introduced the classic characteristics, play time and meeting place. Very satisfied with a play experience, the upper highlands is really worth a visit.★

The whole tour is very smooth as we had a very small group. Tour guide Alex has tried his best to let us go around while the weather is unfortunately rainy and foggy. The journey is pleasant and despite the weather factor, I’ll recommend the service from the agency especially if you are a first timer to the kurobe alpine. Lastly, many thanks to the support team behind the scene, they contacted me immediately when the original date I booked got cancelled, they managed to form another group on the next day and kept me informed timely. Overall a good experience and I’ll definitely come back again.★

The bus, with seats assigned based on who showed up that day, lasted 3.5 hours in Kamikochi. We took a few photos along the way, finally stopping at Kappa Bridge for an apple pie and some milk bread. We arrived just in time—we might have been too late to walk further. We'd been checking the weather forecast before departure, and we changed our schedule at the last minute based on the weather. It turned out to be a wise decision! If it had rained, it would have been cold, difficult, and the scenery wouldn't have been as beautiful.★

The overall experience was excellent, with a well-planned and comprehensive itinerary. The tour guide was highly professional, managing the pace of the entire trip exceptionally well, with each activity seamlessly connected, making the trip feel fulfilling without being rushed.
Although the overall journey was relatively long, the tour guide arranged appropriate rest stops along the way, and the onboard commentary was lively and engaging. They even thoughtfully provided small candies, adding a lot of emotional value and making the entire journey more relaxed and enjoyable. The overall experience was very comfortable and professional.
We were also very lucky to see snow monkeys bathing in the hot springs. I heard that this isn't a guaranteed sight, so seeing them was a real surprise and made the trip even more memorable.
In short, this is a very professional and enjoyable product; both the itinerary and the team service are highly recommended.
